– You can change it upon your wish. Please contact our Customer support service for further informaion. Also we can provide you with necessary amount of codes for one account if desired (e.g. if you wish to provide each company employee with a personal code).
 
– I telephone to the access number, carefully dial access code after welcome message, although hear the massage of wrong code dial or even the connection breaks at all. What's wrong?
– You are likely not to have switched into tone dial mode. Note that you need to switch you phone into tone mode by pressing the * button before dialing access code.
 
– Will I receive additional bills for using telephone net when using Àllî! contract service?
– The telephone switch recognizes the calls to the Àllî! service access number as being local. So, you pay for these calls on the tariffs valid for the inter-city calls.
 
– Is that possible to call Russia and other CIS countries with the help of Àllî! contract service?
– Yes, of course! But mind that you need to dial international code for the country first (international code list).
 
– What moment is my money begin to be counted off my account with?
– The money begin to be counted off you account only when connection with required telephone number is established.
 
– What is the billing interval when calling with Allo! service?
– Tariffication on Àllî! service begins with the first second, so the billig interval is 1 second.
 
– What cities I can use Àllî! contract service in?
– You can now use Àllî! contract service in Kyiv (access number is 490-1110), Odesa (access number is 738-5550) or Dnipropetrivs'k (access number is 790-1110). You can as well telephone this numbers from other cities of Ukraine, although mind that you will be extra charged for intercity calls during all time of using the service.
 
– Is that possible to send faxes with Allo! contract service?
– Yes, you can send faxes to any place of the world quickly and easily with Àllî! contract service.
 
– Is Àllî! contract service possible to use with our office's PBX?
– Yes. And moreover, the majority of modern telephone switches allow to program the number and access code so that you do not have to dial your access code and number every time anew. If you already programmed it, then call at access numbers without welcome message (telephone in Kyiv: 490-1112; telephone in Odesa: 738-5552; telephone in Dnipropetrivs'k: 790-1112) and speak as long as you want!
