How to use Allo! contract service?
You will be able to call abroad and CIS countries from any phone supporting the tone mode by means
of Allo! contract service.
Before using Allo! service for the first time, scratch protective slip to reveal the access code
on the card you received with the contract. Attention! Your access code is unique, we advise you
to keep it secret.
To call abroad, do the following:
- ัall the number:
490-1110* or 490-1112** (Kyiv);
738-5550* or 738-5552** (Odesa);
294-94-10* or 294-94-12** (Lviv);
790-1110* or 790-1112** (Dnipropetrovs'k).
- After welcome message switch you phone into the tone mode by pushing
button * on your phone.
- Dial you access code.
- After invitation message dial subsequently {country code} {city code} {phone number}.
And talk with the world!

** (without welcome message; for users, who programmed the code and phone number into the phone or PBX)
How to use AUTOINFORMER service?
You know how important is to track the moment when you need to fill up your account if
several employees in your office use Allo! contract service. Now with the help of the
AUTOINFORMER service you can get your account status information any moment you need it.
This, therefore, will help you to pay the Allo! international services in time.
AUTOINFORMER system is very easy to use. To check your account status please do the following:
- Call up one of the numbers listed below:
490-11-14 for Kyiv;
738-55-54 for Odesa;
294-94-14 for Lviv;
790-11-14 for Dnipropetrovs'k.
- Switch your phone into the tone mode (by pushing button *) and enter your Allo!
contract access code.
- AUTOINFORMER system will inform you about your account balance (in dollar amount;
VAT included).
